To promote a better and decent life, increase access to the labour market for youth in situations of vulnerability in the North of Mozambique and to invest in their educational training.
1. Promote access to technical training and business capacity building opportunities in agriculture, rural infrastructure, artisanal fisheries, and aquaculture for vulnerable youth in Northern Mozambique.
2. Generate employment opportunities through interventions in agricultural and aquaculture infrastructure works in partnership with the PROCAVA and PRODAPE projects, in addition to continuing the activities started by PROMER.
3. Support the development of flexible and innovative work-based sectoral learning approaches and their integration into the local Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system, and;
4. Facilitate the access of young people to the labour market by investing in specific value chains, mainly in the agribusiness sector.
