Mainly youth including internally displaced people (IDPs),women, people with disabilities, and those affected by the ongoing crisis in the North of Mozambique. The project will promote the development of the skills necessary for them to participate in the labour market, as well as create decent employment opportunities in the agriculture, construction, and aquaculture value chains.
Institutions that aim to implement an employment policy program and provide training based on key competencies for the labour market. These include government departments, private sector companies, business development service (BDS) providers, institutions and trainers, local administrations, social partners, and community-based organizations.
